Test times (maximum of 999999 times), test speed, and test angles can be preset; it has electric current detection function. How to fix the test sample on the fixture?
Select appropriate length screw rods according to the size of test sample. Planning the position of installation position on rotating disc.
The installation principle of the sample is that the power cord of the sample and the power cord connection position in the center axis of rotating disc.
When the supply cord is at the starting position, the axis of the cord where it enters the cord guard or inlet is vertical and passes through the axis of manipulator, at this time, then user can determine the clamp bolt mounting hole position, two mounting screw rods with nuts are installed on the rotary disc, then fastening nuts, nuts can be added according to the shape of the specimen. Install the base plates of the fixture on the screw rods, and adjust their positions along the screw rods, after that, install the sample leaning on the base plates of the fixture, then install the other two plates of the fixture to clamp the sample well, make sure that the fixture and test sample are installed well and will not affect flexing.
